Common Questions

What people ask before reaching out

Do I need to know anything technical?

Not at all. You need to understand your business. I handle everything technical from there. The Snapshot is intentionally non-technical.

How much does a system cost?

It depends on scope. The Snapshot tells us what's actually needed — and I'll give you an honest range before any work begins. Most first builds run in the low five figures, far below traditional development quotes.

How long does a system take to build?

Most first builds are live in 2 to 4 weeks. Tighter scope means faster delivery. AI-directed development is what makes this timeline possible.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's exactly what the Snapshot is for. Most owners can't name their blind spots — they just feel that something isn't visible. The conversation surfaces it.

Do I own what gets built?

Yes. You own the system, the code, and all the data. Full handoff with documentation is included in every project.

Do you work with businesses outside Sonoma County?

Yes — I work remotely with clients throughout Northern California and beyond. Local clients can also meet in person when that's useful.
